Mrs Paisley`s Lashings pop up Christmas restaurant

Tuesday 1st December - Saturday 12th December 2009

Earlier in the year Mrs. Paisley`s Lashings, a new approach to dining in demanding times created by Jo Wood and Arthur Potts Dawson, enjoyed great debut success with their pop up summer restaurant.

It is with great excitement that they announce their follow up project this December.

Mrs Paisley`s Lashings is a genuinely innovative venture, offering a pop up restaurant experience that is driven by the importance of moving towards living and eating in a more sustainable way.

With fossil fuels dwindling and the global population increasing, the project aims to illuminate the importance of sourcing food locally or growing it yourself. The project is a progressive and glamorous approach to teaching healthy eating, conscious living, good cooking, food and the future.

Profits from the venture will be ploughed into Mrs Paisley Gardens, an initiative set up to build and maintain gardens in inner city schools teaching children how to grow their own produce.
